If I decided to get a degree in nursing and after a couple of years on the job I decided I did not like to be in hospital or clinical setting what other things could I do with my degree?

Why are we firing nurses when they are in such high need?
There is not an exact answer to this question. It could be many things such as budget cuts, over staffing, and even just plain work ethic.
